There are three different ways to place an order with Poule de Luxe:

As you’re here already on www.pouledeluxe.com it couldn’t be easier or quicker. Just navigate through our online shop, add any items you wish to order to the shopping cart and then just complete the simple checkout process.

HOW TO PAY

CARD
Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro and Delta.
Payment will only be taken when your order is dispatched.

CHEQUE
Cheques should be made payable to Poule de Luxe. Please write your cheque guarantee number, home address and telephone number on the back.

Please allow 10 working days for the cheque to clear before your order is dispatched.


DELIVERY

You will receive your order within five working days, providing items are in stock.

STANDARD UK DELIVERY
Delivery and packaging is £6.99. (five days)

EXPRESS UK DELIVERY
Delivery and packaging is £9.99 (next day)

OVERSEAS DELIVERY
Delivery and insurance cost will be calculated during the checkout process. The cost of this is linked to the weight of your order.


All deliveries will need to be signed for. Please give an address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery.

CHRISTMAS POSTING

The last date for Christmas posting is 20th December (6pm).


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely happy with your order. So if you should change your mind for any reason, or things aren’t quite what you expect, we’re happy to offer a no-quibble money back guarantee.

All we ask is that you return the item to us within 7 days of receipt, in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and we’ll be happy to replace it or give you a full refund. Please allow fourteen days for your return to be processed. For your safety, please ensure you obtain and keep proof of posting from the Post Office.

Other than in the rare case of incorrect or faulty items, we’re afraid we cannot be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.
